Mr. Petersen has been a successful entrepreneur, an active real estate investor, builder, developer and private lender for over 20 years in the residential and commercial sectors spanning over several states. Prior to becoming involved in real estate, he enjoyed a successful career in manufacturing, distribution, import and export in the forest products industry. He also gives back by being involved in several community organizations and is the current Mayor Pro-Tem for the City of Liberty, SC and is a USCG licensed Master Captain. |

Ms. Tyson began her career in website design, marketing and research. She is responsible for the company’s core business systems and infrastructure as well as all aspects of social media, research and promotion. Ms. Tyson leads ABS successfully by being versatile and dynamic, with well-rounded industry knowledge.
Prior to joining ABS Ms. Tyson worked extensively with her community and regional small businesses and organizations to improve their marketing and online presence. She received a B.S. degree from Clemson University. |

Brandy Karr Accountant |
Brandy is a native of Pickens County and has lived in Liberty since 1980. She has worked as a bookkeeper/payroll specialist from 2000 to present. Ms Karr has worked as the office manager for Karr’s Lawn Care for 17 Years. She brings great knowledge and experience to the ABS team.
